Jill Valentine
Jill is from the S.T.A.R.S. unit. She has a strong sense of justice and is both mentally and physically powerful. She was a cat burglar last time. If she don't take up the job as a cop, she stands a high chance in jail. Her two missions, escape from Raccoon City and the Spencer Mansion (RE1) has something to do with her father's spirit leading her through. |
Carlos Oliveira
Carlos is a UBCS member. He came to Raccoon On a rescue mission sent by Umbrella. However, he got trapped in Raccoon and is one of the soldiers who survived. Even though he might be quite immatured in the beginning, he is a strong person who does give up that easily. He is the one who saved Jill from the deadly T-virus.

Brad Vickers
Brad is only met twice in this game. Brad is the S.T.A.R.S. computer expert and pilot. Even though he might look very cute, he is a scary cat. Barry Burton, S.T.A.R.S. personnel in RE1 nicknamed him "Chicken Hearted Vickers". In RE3, he got killed by one of Umbrella's most deadly Bio-logical Weapon, The Nemesis. |
Mikhail Victor
Mikhail is one of UBCS soldiers. He is a kind hearted amn who thinks more about others then himslef. In the game, he got wounded. Later, he lost his life when he attempted to destroy the Nemesis using a grenade.

Nicholai Ginovaef
This old man is from the UBCS. He might look nice but he is evil. His mission is not to be in Raccoon to rescue people. He is here to kill some targets for Umbrella. Even though Jill is not on his pay roll, he decided to kill Jill because he finds Jill quite a nuisance as Jill is spoiling his mission. However, he got either killed by Nemesis or killed by Jill., serve him right, he asked for it. |
Nemesis
Your worst nightmare! This deadly T-virus Bio-logical weapon is made by the Umbrella. It is programmed to kill all the S.T.A.R.S. members remaining in the city. He'll track Jill all over the place. At the final part, he gets killed by Jill.
